Who are Stonebridge HR Consultants?

Stonebridge HR Consultants provide pragmatic HR solutions to meet commercial objectives. Our People

Sue Busfield BSc FCIPD

Sue Busfield founded Stonebridge HR Consultants and is a Director of the business. A psychology graduate and Level A and B accredited with the British Psychological Society, Sue uses her professional skills in a broad range of HR contexts, having previously worked in a number of senior corporate HR roles over almost 20 years. Recent roles have included:

  HR Director Punch Taverns plc seeing this VC funded start-up grow by over 500% to become
  a FTSE 200 company involving 5 major acquisitions, several disposals and driving culture
  change following flotation;
  HR Director of Centrefile during its transformation from part of a UK bank to a successful
  European Division of a major US computer services group;
  Head of HR for Baker Tilly, a top 10 UK accountancy firm formed from a merger of Baker
  Rooke and Howard Tilly;
  Freelance Head of HR for a traditional Midlands photographic imaging business repositioning
  its business following major shifts in technology;
  Head of HR for the Association for Payment Clearing Services, a strategic organisation
  funded by all the major UK banks.

Kaye Burnett MSc HRD

An organisational change management and communications specialist, Kaye has worked in consultancy and in-house roles for 19 years. With considerable experience in both private and public sectors, Kaye works with clients to ensure they are getting the very best from their Human Resource capital. Whether its introducing major change, restructuring, mergers or acquisitions, Kaye has worked with clients to maintain employee engagement. Before working with Stonebridge she has worked as a consultant with some of the leading HR Resourcing organisations in the UK. Her in-house roles were in senior communication posts in the police service and NHS – environments presently facing some of the greatest organisational challenges in their history.

Kaye has extensive international experience, working in central Europe with large complex organisations undergoing significant change. Kaye is also an expert in Equality and Diversity and is a non-executive Director of Trent Strategic Health Authority.

Warren Bradley BSc FCIPD

Warren has spent over 20 successful years in human resource management operating at Personnel Director level in both manufacturing and engineering companies including major organisations such as TI Group, GEC, GE, and the Italian Pirelli Group. In 2001 Warren used this experience to become an independent Consultant assisting small and medium sized businesses.

As well as providing support for personnel management issues, Warren has specialised in helping SMEs realise opportunities through HR, in particular focusing on areas such as Performance and Talent Management, Coaching, Training, Facilitating Change, Organisation Development and Employee Communication/Engagement Strategies. He has also designed and undertaken Selection and Recruitment processes.
