Sue Busfield founded Stonebridge HR Consultants and is the Managing Director of the business. Sue uses her professional skills in a broad range of HR contexts, having previously worked in a number of senior corporate HR roles for over 20 years. These roles have included being HR Director/HR Board level at a FTSE 150 company; a Nasdaq quoted organisation; a professional services firm, and a manufacturing company. Sue is a psychology graduate and is Level A and B accredited with the British Psychological Society.
Additional support is sourced through associates who have close working relationships with Stonebridge HR Consultants. These associates have a variety of specialities so that specific client requirements can be met. Thus your needs can be fully met rather than through employees who may not be so well qualified for your needs. She is an accomplished deliverer, designer and coach, with real business experience, Liz uses her skills in a broad range of development contexts, including leadership skills, facilitating top team events, team building and sales & customer services
An organisational change management and communications specialist, Kaye has worked in consultancy and in-house roles for over 25 years. With considerable experience in both private and public sectors, Kaye works with clients to ensure they are getting the very best from their Human Resource capital. Whether introducing major change, restructuring, mergers or acquisitions, Kaye has worked with clients to maintain employee engagement. She has also worked as a consultant with leading HR Resourcing organisations in the UK. Kaye is also an expert in Equality and Diversity and is a non-executive Director of Trent Strategic Health Authority.
Warren has spent over 20 successful years in human resource management operating at Personnel Director level in both manufacturing and engineering companies including major organisations such as TI Group, GEC, GE, and the Italian Pirelli Group. In 2001 Warren used this experience to become an independent Consultant assisting small and medium sized businesses.
As well as providing support for personnel management issues, Warren has specialised in helping SMEs realise opportunities through HR, in particular focusing on areas such as Performance and Talent Management, Coaching, Facilitating Change, Organisation Development and Employee Engagement Strategies. He has also designed and undertaken Selection and Recruitment processes.

It has just been announced that from 1st February 2010, the maximum compensatory award will drop from £66,200 to £65,300. The reduction reflects the decrease of 1.4% in the Retail Prices Index from September 2008 to September 2009.
A week's pay (for basic award and redundancy pay purposes) will remain the same at £380.
